Your Account

To use the platform, you’ll need to create an account. Please provide accurate info and keep your login credentials safe. You're responsible for anything that happens in your account.

• Digital Invoicing & Payments: Facilitating online payments and providing clear invoicing systems.
• Reporting & Analytics: Tools for better decision-making through data-driven insights.

Pricing and Billing

We offer flexible pricing plans to accommodate businesses of all sizes. Upon signing up for Revv Autocare, you can choose any subscription model available. All plans include full access to features such as job management, customer notifications, digital invoicing, payment processing, and work order management. Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle, and users can cancel or upgrade their subscription at any time.

Charges

You will be charged based on the subscription plan you select during account creation. Payments are processed automatically at the start of each billing cycle using your selected payment method. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of your access to our services.

Free Trial

When signing up, users are eligible for a free trial for the selected period (one month for monthly or bi-annual plans, three months for annual plans). The trial allows full access to all platform features. After the trial period, regular billing begins automatically unless canceled before the trial ends.

Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and software available through the Service, is the property of Revv Autocare or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the content without express written permission from Revv Autocare.

License to Use

Revv Autocare grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any commercial use or resale of the Service or its contents is prohibited without prior written consent from Revv Autocare.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or engage in any activity that may interfere with the proper functioning of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Accessing or attempting to access unauthorized areas of the service.
• Using the Service to transmit any harmful or malicious software.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the service.

Termination

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Revv autocare does not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Revv autocare and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Revv Autocare is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
